I have eaten this chocolate cake and can attest to it's goodness!  It is also super easy to make, no creaming butter required.


  1. Blend all dry ingredients
  2. Add melted butter, yogurt and eggs and stir until smooth.
  3. Poor into a lined cake tin.
  4. Bake in moderate oven (normally 180 degrees celcius) for 50 mins.
  5. Leave to cool in tin.
  6. Mix ingredients for icing together with enough boiling water to make it easy to spread.
  7. Remove cake from tin and ice
  8. Delicious served with yogurt, icecream or cream.
