Some wonderful friends said to me last year that "The BEST gifts are handmade" and I couldn't agree more. My Christmas gifts have always included something handmade from biscuits, to cross stitch decorations and this year crochet potholders I have created during lockdown. But sometimes we don't have all the time in the world, or lots of evenings spent in lockdown, so here are some easy Christmas chocolate recipes you can make at home.
White Chocolate & Pistachio Biscotti
This delicious biscotti recipe is packed with pistachios, macadamias and white chocolate callets. It keeps for approxitmately 2 weeks in an air tight container. If you present it in a sealed jar you can make them a little ahead of time and they will keep just fine.
Christmas Chocolate Bark
Chocolate bark is actually really easy but looks impressive! I made this one last year in white and dark chocolate, but you can use any type of chocolate you like and any assortment of nuts and dried fruit you think will be enjoyed, let your imagination run wild.
Fruit and Nut Festive Truffles
Roasted nuts, dried fruit and whiskey, need I say more. This recipe is absolutely morish, just make sure you make enough for yourself as well.
