Ingredients

  • 320g Melted Butter
  • 1 ¼ cups Devonport Chocolates Cocoa
  • 7 eggs
  • 3 cups Sugar
  • 1tbsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 ½ cups Devonport Chocolates 56% Callets
  • 1 ¼ cup Flour
  • 1tsp Baking Powder
  • Devonport Chocolates Chewy Caramel Chocolates

Method

  1. Mix Devonport Chocolates Cocoa with melted butter.
  2. Mix in eggs, sugar and vanilla essence until volume doubles
  3. Stir in chocolate chips, sifted flour and baking powder
  4. Pour into tin and push in caramels
  5. Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 1 hour
