Natalie's Brownie Recipe
Ingredients
- 320g Melted Butter
- 1 ¼ cups Devonport Chocolates Cocoa
- 7 eggs
- 3 cups Sugar
- 1tbsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 ½ cups Devonport Chocolates 56% Callets
- 1 ¼ cup Flour
- 1tsp Baking Powder
- Devonport Chocolates Chewy Caramel Chocolates
Method
- Mix Devonport Chocolates Cocoa with melted butter.
- Mix in eggs, sugar and vanilla essence until volume doubles
- Stir in chocolate chips, sifted flour and baking powder
- Pour into tin and push in caramels
- Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 1 hour
