Given the option to choose what I bring on Christmas Day, I always choose a chocolate dessert. From chocolate pavlova, to Ali's A-MAZ-ING cheese cake we have lots of options to help you create a magical Christmas dessert.
Ali's American White Chocolate and Cheese Pie
This is Ali's family version of a cheesecake. It’s not high-rise as you’d expect a cheesecake to be which is why she thinks they've always known it to be called a pie. They love the fridge-cold texture much like the firm, dense New York deli- style cheesecakes. Its the only cheesecake recipe she's seen to use a malt biscuit and wouldn’t have it any other way. But I think it’s the sour cream topping that makes it! It was brought out for family feasts, birthday requests and was famed and adored by our friends.
Chocolate Pavlova
Always popular, where would we be without pavlova for Christmas? This delicious pavlova recipe is crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside with swirls of chocolate. This is a rustic pavlova and any inevitable cracks can be covered with cream, your favourite selection of berries and chocolate sauce.

Orange and Chocolate Steamed Pudding
My memories of steamed puddings from my childhood are delicious warm sticky pudding with hot custard on a cold night.
The recipe below is a little more fiddly since the oranges need to be glazed but it is well worth the effort and it looks and tastes stunning.
Lemon and white chocolate ganache pie
I absolutely love lemon desserts, if there is a lemon meringue on a dessert menu, I am in. This was my experiemnt with lemon and white chocolate and it was absolutely delicious.
